Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order ID and email to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset and placed in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box, and ensure no previous shipping barcodes are visible.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
